I began dancing early in life and did so for a couple of decades. It is in my blood as long as I am here and I honor that however I can, especially in my work with massage and mobility. I graduated massage school in 1999 and began my career in the destination spa industry at the Lake Austin Spa Resort. Over the years I have worked in a handful spa environments, ending my spa career with a position in spa management for Omni Hotels. After nearly 27 years in practice, I was ready to pursue a project of my own. Here we are.

My education includes training in multiple areas with Texas Healing Arts, The Lauterstein-Conway massage school and the New Beginning Massage School to name a few. I am hoping to weave together the arts of massage and movement together in this practice.

I am a mother to two glorious humans, an artist and am currently studying at Oregon State University.

All in all, I am in hopes of bringing you a profound level of care and attention, bringing you home, back into that precious vessel of yours.
